This page features boxes, trays, baskets and glassware items that I have painted since the time I first started painting..seems like a long time ago now.
I will warn you ahead of time--there are a lot of pictures on this page!
If you are interested in viewing all the photos, you will need to be patient as you scroll through all of them! Thank you for your patience!
This is a fan box..painted with a One Stroke Pansy design. This box was given to my friend Heidi who lives in Germany.
The original of the design featured on this box was done by Donna Dewberry.
This basket was dyed purple and then painted with a One Stroke "Small and Pretty" design. This item was a gift for my friend Anso.
The original of the design featured on this box was done by Donna Dewberry.
This is a mache box with a kitty motif. The box was given to my friend Anso, who lives in the UK, for her birthday in November 2001.
The original design was created by Tracia Ledford-Williams.
This is a fan box painted with an Oriental Motif. This box was painted a birthday gift for my friend Lena..who loves the oriental motif.
This project was quite a departure from One Stroke. The finished project turned out quite nicely but unfortunately did not photograph well.
These are my snowman and pumpkin ivy bowls.
I created these during the summer months when it was very hot! I had them sitting on wax paper to keep them from sticking to my hutch and forgot to remove the wax paper before I took the photo! Tacky--I know!
This is a blue candle cup painted with a One Stroke vine and rose buds.
This item has sold very well in my consignment booths!
This is my first Memory Box.
This design involved a lot of shading and highlighting and was quite a stretch for me to complete. I am very proud of the final results, but not very pleased with how it photographed.
The original design was created by Debbie Kaput.
This is my very favorite box!
This box was painted and donated to the Westiemed Foundation. It was auctioned off on Ebay in June 2001 and all proceeds were given to benefit homeless/injured/sick West Highland White Terriers.
The proceeds from the sale of this box went to assist a very special litte westie named Goober.
The original design is credited to Tracia Ledford-Williams.
This is an apple tray that I painted in January 2002. This tray is a gift for my friend Marian who lives in Washington State. She has an apple tree in her yard that produces apples with white skin. This is as close as I could get to the picture I had of the apples.
The layout of the apples and the apples themselves is/are credited to a design by Tiffany Hastie.
Shrinking the picture of the tray to fit it on the page resulted in the loss of some of the detail in the apples.
Here is a close up of the apples.
This is a basket I painted as a gift for my friend Sheryl. Sheryl is a basket collector.
The original of the design featured on this basket was done by Donna Dewberry.
This box was painted as birthday gift for my dear friend Dorothy!
The original design is credited to Tracia Ledford-Williams.
I painted a One Stroke vine and rose buds on this candle jar.
I did not really care for the appearance of the paint after it had dried..but I put this item in my former consignment booth anyway!
I sold more of these than I can count!
This is a Donna Dewberry design.
These are my FIRST hand-painted jars . They are not great by any means--my newer jars are much better--but these two jars turned out to be really good sellers!
The picture does not show it..but I have added strands of raffia to the neck of the jars.
One jar has kitchen utensils in it and the other one has teacher supplies-rulers, pencils and pens.
The sunflower design is by:
The apple is a design by Donna Dewberry.
This box features folk art roses in shades of apricot.
This box is quite special. It was painted for Linda Gibb, wife of Bee Gee Barry Gibb!
I am very proud to say this box resides in Barry and Linda's Miami Beach home!
This is a side view of Linda's box.
The stripes are in the same shade of apricot as the roses.
Note: I do not know who the original artist/desinger of this pattern is. I just want to note it clearly that I do not own the copyright on this pattern. If anyone browsing my site knows the name of the designer, please let me know so that I can give this person credit.
This is a photo of Barry Gibb and his lovely wife Linda.
The photo was taken by Georgette Hodson and is used with her permission.

This is one of my more recent jars!
The jar features a watermelon and strawberry motif on it. There is a small candle votive that holds a vanilla scented candle. This votive has been inserted in the "mouth" of the jar.
This jar is based on an original design by Cindy Trombley.
