For many years it has been an accepted practice to vaccinate and booster vaccinate our animals. It is now being discovered just how dangerous vaccinations truly are and that we ARE in fact over-vaccinating our companion animals.
There are many animals passing away due to the damage done to their bodies by vaccines. There are many other animals living with us on this side who are suffering and struggling to regain their health after being damaged by vaccines.
I personally know of many animals who have suffered and who are currently suffering due to the ill effects of vaccines. I do not, however, have permission to publish their stories here--so I will not do so.
There is a great deal of reading material on this issue. A good place to start if you are interested in learning about the dangers of vaccines is to visit my veterinarian's site. The link is below.
I would like to share with you some of my own experiences with the damages that are caused by vaccines.
Struppi
Born: July 10, 1996
Passed: March 18, 2003
Struppi was and still is my teacher! He continues to teach me daily from his new home in Summerland. Struppi suffered from the damages of distemper vaccines, rabies vaccines, the damages done by the drug Prednisone and various flea/tick products. Struppi's passing was very sudden and unexpected as he was making a tremendous come-back from his vaccinosis.
Struppi is a very brave and strong-willed little guy. Struppi's illnesses, pain, suffering and passing taught us all very valuable lessons and in turn, have saved my other dogs from the same suffering and passing that Struppi endured.
I know that Struppi is around me and visits me from the Spirit World--but I sure do miss seeing Struppi in the physical every minute, of everyday.
Lady
Passed: November 21, 2003
This is Lady with her best friend, my Cockatoo, Hoot. Hoot adored Lady! Hoot and Lady are now in Summerland together!
Lady suffered from numerous disorders brought on by distemper vaccines and rabies vaccines. Her passing was very sudden, unexpected and quite unpleasant and violent. Lady had made tremendous progress in overcoming her many vaccine-related problems.
Her untimely and unexpected passing shocked affected her family tremendously. We all miss her dearly.
Alfalfa "Alf" for short....
My husband adopted Alf from the Humane Society when he was 12 weeks old. At the time of his adoption, he was neutered and given a distemper shot and a rabies shot--YIKES!!
Of course, I continued to vaccinate yearly before my little Struppi became ill and I began to understand what was going on.
Alf has paranoia issues and has liver and thyroid problems that have been brought on due to vaccines.
Angel
I rescued Angel from a home where she was abused and neglected. She does have some behavior issues associated with this previous home but she is doing very well in regards to putting that time behind her.
Angel has a thyroid condition and some aggression brought on by the vaccines she was given as a young bird. She is making very good progress in regaining her health.
She has a very strong personality and is VERY vocal! Unfortunately, her favorite words that she learned in her first home--are "You shut up now!"
Bandit
I purchased Bandit as a very young bird. He had been vaccinated by the breeder and then again by the pet store. At the time, I did not realize the dangers of vaccines and even if I had, it would have been a bit too late to stop the vaccines--they were already administered when I adopted Bandit.
Bandit was approx. 1 year old when he began to display symptoms that were idenified as being vaccine-related. He has been diagnosed with a thyroid condition as well as respiratory problems much the same as my cockatoo, Izzy, suffers from. Bandit also has agression problems. Bandit is making great progress in regaining his health, however, the agression continues to be a battle.
He continues to be loud and bossy and quite the show-off!By the way, Bandit's species is not supposed to be able to talk. Oops! I think someone forgot to tell Bandit this, because he can talk up a storm!
Harley (Harleyman)
Harley comes from an outstanding line of Westies known as Whiteapple Westies. Marian Bulgar is the lady behind these wonderful dogs. Sadly, Marian has now passed, so there will be no more "Whiteapples".Harley is raw fed and has been from day one. Harley had one round of puppy shots when he was 5 weeks old. He has had no further vaccinations. It took about 1 year for Harley to develop liver problems and aggression problems--all traced back to his puppy vaccines.Harley is doing well now in regards to his liver problems, The aggression is another story. We are making some progress with the agression, but it is still being treated through Homeopathy.
Queen Isabella "Izzy"
Izzy has thyroid and respiratory problems due to vaccines she received when she was a young bird--prior to coming to my home. She was vaccinated by the breeder in Florida as well as by the pet store here in Arizona.
Her progress to regain her health is painstakingly slow--but Izzy is coming along and is maintaining her personality and her sense of humor every inch of the way!
When Izzy is caught doing something she is not supposed to be doing and you tell her about it..she will say, "Uh?"..just like she's an angel! Far from it! Izzy is a real stinker!
Maggie Mae
14 years of age--2004
I found Maggie running the streets when she was about 4 months old. I was never able to track down her owners, so I kept her. Maggie has had rage attacks since the time of her first rabies vacc. when she was 6 months old. At the time I was told she had "Springer Spaniel Syndrome" and she was placed on Phenobarbitol. I did not like the way this drug made her act, so I took her off it and just accepted that she was a bit "touchy". Of course, I continued like a "good little client" to vaccinate her because my vet said it was for her own protection that she be vaccinated.
Yikes!
It was not until Maggie was about 12 1/2 years old that she was properly diagnosed with "rage attacks" and "mourner's symdrome"..both directly related to her first rabies vaccination. Please note in the picture above her "drooping eye lids".
Maggie is doing very well now! She has not had one single rage attack in over a year! Her disposition has changed so much and she is more like a puppy than a dog of 14 years of age!
She has been issued a health exemption and will receive no more vaccinations ever!
Murphy Jones--"Murf "
1 year old--2004
This is my favorite picture of Murf! We were in the process of laying a hardwood floor in this room. We had not gotten to this half of the room yet, so Murf decided to get into the shredder and throw the contents all over the floor and then lay down and act all innocent! Ah, puppies!
Murf is the light of my life and my constant companion on "this side". Struppi is the light of my life on "the other side".....
Murf came to live with us when he was 8 weeks old. He had just received his second round of vaccinations, given by the breeder. Within 1 week of having Murf, he took ill. I did not even make the connection at first that this illness was because of the vaccinations. It never occurred to me that the symtoms of a bladder infection were related to the puppy vaccines.
Murf is doing well at this point. We continue to detox his kidneys and his liver and we keep a close watch on their functioning.
